| According to law,
schools may levy tuition fees to enable them to meet the running
costs of education. These fees are determined annually and are
payable in advance in 10 monthly or four quarterly instalments. |

| At the beginning
of each school year each learner will receive a form to fill
out. The parent can then indicate which method of payment is
preferable to him. Should a parent qualify for exemption of
school fees, it can also be indicated on this form. |
